Forest Park Inn partnered with Blades Audio Video Security (BAVS) to upgrade the audio and video capabilities in their Noblesville event space, creating a more flexible and user-friendly system for gatherings. The goal of the project was to improve overall video clarity, simplify wireless connectivity, and provide better control over audio levels for both speech and music.

To enhance visual performance, BAVS installed an Epson L530U 5200-lumen projector, delivering bright, clear images suitable for a variety of lighting conditions. To support modern presentation needs, a ScreenBeam wireless media player was added, allowing users to share content easily without the need for cables. A Bluetooth audio receiver was also installed to enable simple wireless audio streaming from phones, tablets, and laptops. The sound system was upgraded with two new digital wireless handheld microphone kits, along with a new mixer/amplifier to provide better control over multiple audio sources. These improvements allow staff to quickly adjust levels for announcements, presentations, or music, ensuring consistent sound quality throughout the space.
